Potwierdzamy zagospodarowanie przyjmowanych odpadów:

1.  Jeśli przekazujący odpad jest zarejestrowany w Bazie Danych o Odpadach BDO, przyjmujemy i potwierdzamy zagospodarowanie elektroodpadów na podstawie wystawionej przez przekazującego Karty Przekazania Odpadów KPO w BDO.
2. Jeśli przekazujący nie jest zarejestrowany w Bazie Danych o Odpadach BDO i nie ma takiego obowiązku, odpad przyjmujemy wystawiając dokument magazynowy PZ, a przekazujący podpisuje oświadczenie, że jest zwolniony z obowiązku rejestracji w BDO.
